Months after project completion, I still smile every time I think of Sam Ach and his A-Ply team helping us design & accomplish a much-needed bathroom remodel in our 1960's home.  I know "perfect" would sound like an exaggeration, so I'll just say it was a joy to work with them on every level.  Sam is an exceptional communicator with unwavering patience and a relentless commitment to quality.  When I realized the (tall) plumber had mounted the shower head too high, I asked Sam if it would be "easy" to lower it.  He said, "Well, the partial answer is yes, it would be easy, but that's not the point.  The point is that this is YOUR bathroom, and OUR goal is for you to love it after we're gone, so it should be how you want it, whether it's easy or not."  (Friends with "lesser contractors" hear this story with looks of incredulity, but it wasn't a one-off, it was just quintessential Sam.)  A-Ply's enthusiasm and efficiency held steady from bid through wrap-up, which included not only Sam's followup calls to verify our satisfaction, but also his meticulous office manager's project summary and closeout that generated a refund(!).  If you want personable, skilled, experienced building professionals, A-Ply is the best choice you could make.
